We hired Dave Masonry to remove and replace our concrete floor in our basement. The old floor was crumbling and deteriorated. Within 2 weeks of my initial call, I had an estimate and the work was completed. They jackhammered the old floor and removed the debris. The new floor was poured. After it set, the crew came back to clean up. The crew members were all very professional and polite. The work was done to our satisfaction. We were so pleased with their work that we are contacting them again to get a quote for another job at our house.

David and the team did a fantastic job at a very fair price on cementing my basement floor that was previously a damp, dirt floor. I am so appreciative of how much the team has helped to improve the re-sale value of my home. David even went the extra mile to address major items (eg., remove heavy metal fixtures that needed to be cut and brought up the narrow steps, and even provide insulation for my pipes so that they would be protected) to improve the overall state of my basement. Later, when I had an issue in my house (totally unrelated to their work,) David sent his team on the same day to provide help and it was done just for the sake of helping a former customer in my time of need - it's so rare to see these days.

Great work, great all-around people who genuinely cared about my basement. That combination, along with the kindness/professionalism that they have shown, is probably one of the biggest reasons that this local company has garnered such great reviews over such a long period of time. We were pleased from our initial contact with Matt to get an estimate, through the completion of the job. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave us an affordable solution to our foundation problem. Matt and Dave communicated with us throughout the project. Their crew was prompt, respectful and did a wonderful job. I was extremely pleased with their professional work and great customer service. We would highly recommend Davco to anyone.

Probably the best contractor I didn't use!!! Thought we got scammed on a job. They came right over to take a look at it and advised me on what to say and do. Then on top of that they called me back the next day to see how we made out!!! I'll won't call anyone else except for Davco Masonry. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind and your thoughtfulness on that matter!!!

Davco reinforced my basement's bowing foundation a few months back. It looks great, and it's a big relief to have that work done. The owners personally met with me to answer my long list of questions about the process. I would definitely recommend!

Davco did a great job with extending our pool patio for a pergola. Workers are very polite and did a great job. They also recommended someone who will put my pergola together. Would hire again.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company to do them justice. From start to finish, every interaction and conversation with the guys at Davco was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I came to Davco needing some masonry work to satisfy a 203k loan on our new property. To be honest, I really had no idea what I was doing, and Davco took me under their wing and helped me out with everything I needed. I even reached out to them in a panic over a situation I found myself in trying to obtain a permit in time to satisfy the loan and they handled the whole thing. During the 203k process I sometimes felt like companies were not taking me seriously/were taking advantage of me because I clearly had no idea what I was doing, but I never felt this way once with Davco. They even sent a gift when my baby was born shortly after our work together was complete. This is the only masonry you'll ever want to use. I never thought I would ever have a "guy" for masonry , but here I am, and I am so happy to have found them!

Dave and Matt are just finishing a project for us. It was a huge foundation project and very overwhelming at times. They made sure to be here every day to talk with us and answer any questions we had. I liked how they were part of the process from meeting us and give us a quote on the whole project to the very end. They treated us like family and their crew was also super knowledgeable and worked hard to fix our foundation and clean up the property in the process. Davco went above and beyond our expectations. We would use them again in any future needs.

Great experience! Owners are hands on and employees are experienced, pleasant and professional. Showed up right away, did the job quickly and cleanly and followed up regarding any residual issues. Plan to use them on other jobs moving forward.

Used Davco for a water issue in our basement. Found them to be reasonably priced, professional and showed up when they said they would. Kept me informed of a few changes from the original plan. Cleaned up, followed up when job was completed. Highly recommend them!

So, we had a nightmare of a cellar. All dirt, incredibly low ceiling. It was sectioned off into small boxed rooms. Original stair was going sideways. Damp and dark. We contacted Matt and Dave and they came to assess the job. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, an all around great professional duo. They brought in a crew of men to remove dirt and broken up concrete by hand! They gave us more head room, opened it up and made it more airy. Our cellar is dryer and more spacious then ever. Every time we needed to speak to either Matt or Dave, they were right there on the phone always making sure we were taken care of. My husband and I cannot be happier and say enough good things about this company. We highly recommend them.

Dave, Matt, Nate and the entire crew at Davco Masonry did a fantastic job with our basement project, which included waterproofing and a new drainage system, constructing a new rear entrance, and installing new windows. All of our questions and requests were addressed quickly, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the final product. We highly recommend Davco and would absolutely use them again for any future projects!

We were selling our house and suddenly realized we had forgotten about the garage foundation needing work. Our broker suggested Daveco
Masonry, so I called Dave. He sent Matt to have a look and he said the whole foundation needed work. We were listing the house a week later.
(!) But Daveco moved us to the front of the line, sent workmen right away and did an absolutely fabulous job in no time at all. The workmen were
professional, cordial and skilled. We are so happy that our problem had a Daveco solution. PS the garage looks great!

It was a great experience having your crew in my house - mainly cellar. They are a great group of guys - hard workers who were kind, courteous and respectful of me, my home and each other. It's raining today, and my cellar is dry !!! I'm happy to give you a 5 Star review.

We just had a beautiful addition added to our back patio and had our front stairs repaired. Dave and Matt sent Michael Leto to work with us to create a stamped concrete design that would complement our existing old patio. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and was very willing to work with us on our design needs and the look we were after. He was very meticulous and did a great job. Great to work with, fair pricing and we highly recommend Davco and Mike Leto! Thanks Guys!

Davco went above & beyond our expectations for water proofing our basement. The price was affordable compared to most other companies & they have a phenomenal warranty on there projects. They finished within the estimated time they gave us as well. I highly recommend!
