I called requesting a stamped concrete patio, and had a returned phone call in less than 24 hours from his colleague, Michael Leto with Leto Construction. Mike follows up, is there when he'll say he'll be there, has a wealth of knowledge about stamped concrete, and on top of that, is extremely talented. My husband and I purchased a home in may and my basement had massive water problems,the basement hadn't been touched since 1920 and Matthew came out gave me a quote and Matthew answered all my questions and believe me I had many but he was honest he explained everything to me, we needed a french drain and a cement floor put in i don't think we could of anticipated all the water problems that my house had inside and out, Davco help us with financing because at the same time we needed a new roof everything was going wrong but now we can finally breathe and giving us a dry basement was just the beginning of there work they were some unforseen problems and dave and matt took care of it .when i was getting quotesfrom other companies they were only interested in payment...DAVCO Kept us included they really wanted to fix our problems they kept us in every step of the way in every decision i can honestly say Dave and Matthew are professional but most importantly they have integrity and these days its hard to find hard working people with good hearts and their crew

Estimate was quickly returned for floor expansion joint sealing in my warehouse location the same day, communication was given throughout the process from start to finish. We had a small section of stamped concrete that got cracked from a truck rolling over it. The original company who installed it wanted to replace large sections of concrete at an astronomical price in fact they did not even come out to look, What a disappointment after the $6,500 we spent with them. Another large concrete company came out and looked at the crack and also quoted me a redo of a 12x14 patio and thin crete around my pool then sent an email and said we wont fix the crack but we will do the other work. So I called Davco and Mike a foreman came out and said we will try to do the best we can. Mike was here today and did a FANTASTIC job. it was amazing the patience and care he took to make it look right. THANK YOU Davco.

Dave came out to inspect an issue in our basement and gave us a quote later that day. They worked around our busy schedule get us in their appointment book. The workers from Davco showed up on time and finished their work promptly and efficiently. They even did a great job of cleaning up what ended up being a very messy job with lots of jack hammering. We will be using them for our future masonry needs.
